Delivery & Returns

This page explains how delivery works for plain stock and custom orders, and what to do if you need to organise a return or raise an issue.

Delivery timeframes

Plain stock (no decoration)

Plain stock orders are dispatched as quickly as possible, subject to stock availability. If an item is unavailable, we will contact you with options.

Custom orders (printing, embroidery, sublimation)

Custom orders require production time. Turnaround varies depending on the garment, decoration method, artwork approval, and current workload. We will confirm an estimated timeline once your artwork and order details are finalised.

Urgent orders

If you have a deadline, let us know up front. We will confirm what is achievable and recommend the fastest option.

Shipping

Shipping costs (if applicable) are shown at checkout or included in your quote/invoice. Once dispatched, you will receive tracking details where available.

Changes and cancellations

Plain stock

If you need to change or cancel a plain stock order, contact us as soon as possible. If the order has already been dispatched, changes may not be possible.

Custom orders

Custom orders cannot be changed or cancelled once artwork is approved and production has commenced.

Returns

Plain stock returns

Returns may be accepted on plain stock items if they are unused, unworn, and returned in original condition. Return requests must be made within a reasonable timeframe of delivery. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.

Custom orders

Custom decorated items (including embroidery, screen printing, digital transfer, or sublimation) are made to order and are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.

Faults or order issues

If there is an issue with your order (for example incorrect item supplied, damage in transit, or a fault), contact us as soon as possible with:

  • Your order number

  • A short description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging (where relevant)

We will assess the issue and work with you on the best resolution, which may include a replacement, credit, or refund depending on the situation.
